In the center it has a layer of lemon curd & cream cheese frosting (with crushed strawberries) for the filling. Decorated with mini roses in two colors. I crushed Lemon flavored Jolly Rancher's and sprinkled them on the top.I took this in to my co-workers last week & got rave reviews.
